This record does not come out til July 18th, 2006, that said we were lucky enough to come up with an advance. The Bronx, who definitely speak there own language, did not allow major, Island Records, to fuck with the creative process and have made an incredible Bronx record. Storming out post Senior Hombre de Tamale, with their forceful, blues and groove, filthy brand of rock, Small Stone, bitch slaps you down from the start, not disappointing anyone who enjoyed the beating they threw us on the last self titled Bronx record. The Bronx will surely help save rock and roll this summer and take us into the future, instead of the past, and cuts like White Guilt and Dirty Leaves are for everyone and may help the world find out about them further. The gritty filthy vocals always in key make the throat here non abrasive, as is the rage with all the kids these days, but musical, warm and inviting. I reserve the right to keep listening and throw down another review closer to release date!
