The Sounds' “Dying To Say This To You” is definitely dying to tell you something. It’s a shame they said it better the first time around when no one was listening. This five-piece Swedish dance/punk band fronted by Maja Ivarsson, a ballsy fist-raising blonde, released a voracious "get the fuck out of my way" first record “Living In America”. This time around on “Dying To Say This To You” the synth stay the same, the melodies keep on coming but the fuck-all anthems just don’t have the same impact. With the exception of “Song With A Mission” the first single most of the record sounds a bit uninspired and lacking the cut throat anger from a women that just wanted to get drunk and start some shit.
